The local, national and global economic crisis is real and very serious. But the real crisis is not the global financial crisis! The essential factors of the crisis are: lack of human values, lack of moral and ethics, cheat and deceit everywhere, lies, games, speculations, and an unlimited greed for fast money. Another source of the crisis is the lack of excellent working attitudes, working skills, and miserable services in general. Most business concepts ignore the real and genuine human needs for all ages; and this enormously contributes to the crisis. Above that the environmental destruction, in many areas up to 80%, together with an inefficient local public transport system have drastically reduced human’s quality of life. There is a huge lack of balance everywhere between a healthy environment, business efficiency, human factors, and what people tomorrow will need and wish to find.

Further fundamental reasons why many businesses do not work well include a lack of new ideas, of flexibility, creativity, new ways of thinking, and learning. An unfocussed concept without a strong human oriented philosophy always hinders success in the long term. In most cases components of a business with unconscious psychological effects are also responsible for failure. Personal critical circumstances of the owners, managers and employees (e.g. personality, relationship, family, divorce, unbalanced life, unconscious coding, etc.) also hinder success.

But there are solutions: new, vanguard, life style and quality oriented products, services and environment. New solutions must focus on the future.
